Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours for standard products. Delivery times for all shipping methods are predicted to be between 3 to 5 business days.

Expected Delivery Times:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 working days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 working days.Orders from certain border regions like Kashmir and North Eastern states might take longer based on complexity or courier services.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your package is packed and ready to be shipped. Orders placed on Saturday after 9 am are dispatched on Monday. Our office is closed on Sunday and on public holidays.

We may get in touch with you through phone or email to confirm the delivery address, especially for cash on delivery orders.

For shipping within India, we only utilize reputable courier services like Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc. In the event that a shipment is delayed by the shipping company or for any other reason outside of our company’s control, Error Jewelry is not responsible. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time and within the window of time indicated in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to a factor beyond our control, such as inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or significant unforeseen events, we will notify you of this fact. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

The delivery partner will make three attempts to deliver each order. The order will be treated as a return if the shipment is refused or unsuccessful in all attempts.

Damages during Shipping or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or incorrect items, kindly reach out to the support team within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will send you a replacement product or refund based on availability of the item.
