Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Error, we believe in fairness — to you and to us.
Every piece is carefully packed, sealed, and checked before dispatch.
We offer a 07-day return, refund, or exchange window from the date of delivery.
In case of a missing or incorrect item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates must be intact
Any free items or gifts must also be returned
The product must not show any signs of damage, wear, or alteration
Mandatory Proof (Strict Requirement)
To ensure authenticity and prevent misuse, all return, refund, or exchange requests must include:
A complete unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
Clear images showing the product with original packaging, tags, and security seals intact
Security Seal Policy (Non-Negotiable)
All orders are shipped with tamper-proof security seals.
The outer package and inner product are both sealed
These seals are non-reusable and tamper-evident
If the seal is broken, removed, or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
No seal = no return
No video proof = no claim
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Customised or personalised jewelry
Worn, used, or damaged products
Items returned without original packaging, tags, invoice, or seal
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers/barcodes
Items purchased under sale, promotional offers, or free gifts
Orders refused at the time of delivery

Our team will review your request and generate a case ID
If approved, you must self-ship the product to our Mumbai office
Error reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on the proof provided.
Return Shipping
Returns must be self-shipped by the customer unless the issue is from our side
Products must be packed securely in original packaging
A valid tracking ID must be shared via email
Error is not responsible for lost or damaged returns without tracking proof.
Refunds
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via Bank Transfer
Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
Refund Timelines
Order Type Timeline
COD 10–15 days from approval
Prepaid Within 7 days from approval
Note: Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
If any item (including free products) is missing, Error reserves the right to deduct the full MRP from the refund.
Exceptions
The 07-day return policy does not apply to:
Used or damaged products
Returns without mandatory unboxing video proof
Missing packaging, tags, invoice, or seal
Tampered security features
Customised or engraved jewelry
Promotional or discounted items
Orders refused after shipping
